DA Concept

A philosophy of balance and managing the quality of your own life

Why muscles define how you feel

Muscles are the only organ you control directly. They support your spine, nourish your joints, regulate metabolism, influence hormones, and affect how you feel. When the muscular system works in balance — the body functions as a whole.

Support the spine and protect joints from wear

Influence metabolism: more muscle mass means higher basal metabolism

Regulate hormonal balance and insulin sensitivity

Determine mobility, posture, and movement quality in daily life

Our approach: data → program → results

At DAFIT we don't work from templates. Every training starts with objective data: DAVID muscle testing shows strength, balance, and mobility of each muscle group. InBody measures body composition. A specialist analyzes the results and builds a program specifically for your body.

    5 steps of DA Concept

    1

    Questionnaire: understanding your request

From the start we learn your goals, limits, health status and lifestyle. This is the context without which testing is just numbers.

    2

    Testing: learn your body's state

90 minutes of diagnostics on DAVID and InBody. You see the numbers: which muscles are strong, which are weak, where the imbalance is between body sides.

    3

Program: a plan based on your data

A specialist builds your training plan based on test results. This is your personal map, not a template.

    4

    Training: every movement with purpose

DAVID, Milon, FIVE — each zone solves its task. You understand why you're doing each exercise and which muscles are working.

    5

    Control: progress in numbers

Retesting shows what changed. You see the progress and adjust the plan if needed.

    What sets us apart

    Not fitness trainers — specialists

Kinesiotherapists and physiologists with professional degrees. They understand anatomy, biomechanics, and work with your body based on data.

Not generic programs — your plan

The program is built on test results. What to strengthen, what to stretch, in what order — determined by your data, not a generic template.

    Not feelings — numbers

Progress is measured by retesting on the same equipment. You see concrete changes: strength increased, balance improved, body composition changed.

    Start with testing

The first step — learn the real state of your body. A 90-minute muscle test will provide concrete data and become the foundation of your program.
